Please read these Terms and Conditions ("Terms") carefully before registering for United Football Games 2026 ("UFG 2026", "the Tournament").

1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering for UFG 2026, you ("Participant", "you", "your") agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not register.

3. Eligibility

3.1 Age Requirement
Participants must be at least 18 years old (or 16+ with parental consent).

3.2 Skill Level
UFG 2026 is an amateur tournament. Professional or semi-professional players may not be eligible (at organizer's discretion).

3.3 Health & Fitness
Participants must be in good physical health. We reserve the right to request medical clearance.

4. Registration & Payment

4.1 Registration Process
Registration is completed through our website form.

4.2 Pricing
Standard Price: €250 per player (all-inclusive)

4.3 What's Included
Your package includes:

4 nights accommodation (July 1-5)
All meals (breakfast, lunch, dinner)
Airport/station transfers
Tournament entry
Official team jersey
Professional photos & videos
Live streaming access
Closing ceremony

4.4 Payment Methods
We accept bank transfers.

4.5 Payment Schedule

Option A: Full payment at registration
Option B: €100 deposit + remaining balance by June 1, 2026

4.6 Late Payment
Failure to pay the remaining balance by June 1, 2026, may result in forfeiture of your spot (no refund of deposit).

4.7 Payment Confirmation
You will receive a confirmation email upon successful payment.

5. Cancellation & Refunds

5.1 Participant Cancellation
Cancellations must be made in writing to unitedfootballgame@gmail.com.

Refund Policy:

Before April 30, 2026: Full refund minus €50 administrative fee
May 1 - May 31, 2026: 50% refund
After June 1, 2026: No refund

5.2 Spot Transfer
You may transfer your spot to another eligible participant (no additional fee) with our approval.

5.3 Event Cancellation by UFG
If UFG cancels the tournament, you will receive a full refund. UFG is not liable for travel expenses or other costs.

5.4 Force Majeure
UFG is not liable for cancellation due to events beyond our control (e.g., natural disasters, pandemics, government restrictions).

6. Participant Conduct

6.1 Code of Conduct
Participants must:

Respect fellow players, staff, referees, and opponents
Follow tournament rules and schedules
Not engage in violence, discrimination, or harassment
Not use performance-enhancing drugs
Not consume alcohol before or during matches
Comply with local laws and venue regulations

6.2 Disciplinary Action
Violation of conduct rules may result in:

Warning
Suspension from matches
Expulsion from tournament (no refund)
Legal action (if applicable)

6.3 Responsibility for Damages
Participants are liable for any damage caused to property or persons.

7. Health & Safety

7.1 Medical Clearance
Participants must declare any medical conditions that may affect participation.

7.2 Insurance
We recommend participants obtain:
- Travel insurance
- Medical insurance
- Personal liability insurance

UFG provides basic accident insurance during tournament activities.

7.3 Emergency Contact
You must provide an emergency contact during registration.

7.4 Medical Treatment
In case of injury, UFG will arrange medical assistance. Participants are responsible for medical costs not covered by insurance.

7.5 Risk Assumption
Football is a contact sport. By participating, you assume inherent risks of injury.

8. Intellectual Property

8.1 Photography & Video
UFG may photograph/record the tournament for promotional purposes. By participating, you consent to:

Being photographed or filmed
Use of your image in UFG marketing materials
Publication on our website and social media

8.2 Opt-Out
You may opt out of public image use by contacting us in writing.

8.3 Participant Content
By sharing content with UFG (e.g., photos, testimonials), you grant us a license to use it.

9. Liability & Disclaimers

9.1 Limitation of Liability
UFG is not liable for:

Personal injury or death (except due to our negligence)
Loss or damage to personal property
Travel delays or cancellations
Third-party actions

9.2 Indemnification
You agree to indemnify UFG against claims arising from your participation or conduct.

9.3 No Warranty
The tournament is provided "as is." We strive for quality but make no warranties.

10. Changes to Tournament

UFG reserves the right to:

Modify schedules or match formats
Change venues (with reasonable notice)
Replace services with equivalent alternatives

We will communicate significant changes promptly.

11. Privacy

Your data is handled according to our Privacy Policy.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of France/Germany. Disputes will be resolved in courts.

13. Severability

If any provision is found invalid, the remaining provisions remain in effect.

14. Entire Agreement

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and UFG regarding the tournament.
